DIY Detox Water

One of the easiest way to get rid of toxins from body is by drinking Detox Water. Detox Water not only removes toxins but also improves immunity and aids in weight loss.

Basically, Detox Water is infused water which contains beneficial ingredients and helps to flush out toxins. Detox Water improves overall health by boosting metabolism and adds Vitamins to our system. Therefore, it not only increases energy but also makes you healthier.

You can carry Detox Water in your sipper and sip it throughout the day whenever you feel thirsty. There are plenty of Detox Water recipes available according to the need. I’ll be sharing with you  two uncomplicated recipes of DIY Detox Water. 

First Recipe - Lemon, Cucumber and Mint Detox Water

This Detox Water is loaded with Vitamin C coming from lemon and cucumber adds vitamins, flavonoids and minerals which makes this drink beneficial for health in various ways and it also helps in weight loss. Lemon, Cucumber and Mint Detox Water improves immunity and protects against free radicals.

Method of Preparation

Cut thin slices of lemon and cucumber. Take a jug of water and add two slices of lemon, four slices of cucumber and about 4 Mint leaves. Serve this water after an hour. You can refill the jug several times till it begins to lose flavour.

Second Recipe - Strawberry, Watermelon and Mint Detox Water

This Detox Water recipe is a nutrition powerhouse. Strawberries are rich in antioxidants and vitamins. Watermelon contains Vitamin A, Vitamin C and potassium. 

Method of Preparation

Cut small pieces of strawberries and watermelon. Take a jug of water and add four pieces of strawberry and watermelon each followed by 4 Mint leaves. Serve after an hour and refill 2-3 times till it looses flavour.
